The Founder’s Story

I built TKG after spending 11+ years in the trenches: banking, finance, business development, and tech sales, watching the same problems destroy otherwise great businesses.

As a business banker, I worked with small business owners daily. Smart, hardworking people with solid products and services. But their revenue was a roller coaster. They'd have a great quarter, then fall off a cliff. Marketing would bring in leads that sales couldn't close. Sales would close deals that ops couldn't track. Tools didn't talk to each other. Forecasting was guesswork dressed up in spreadsheets.

The pattern became impossible to ignore: these businesses didn't have a revenue

problem. They had an infrastructure problem.

E-commerce brands were burning cash on ads with no attribution. Service businesses were losing leads because follow-up lived in someone's head. B2B companies couldn't forecast next quarter with any confidence.

Everyone was working harder, but nothing was getting clearer. So I built TKG to be something different. Not another marketing agency running campaigns. Not another sales consultant teaching tactics. Not another RevOps firm that only lives in your CRM.

TKG is the infrastructure company that unifies everything: marketing, sales, and operations into one predictable revenue engine. Because I've seen what happens when businesses have structure instead of chaos. And I've seen what happens when they don't.

Our Mission

To eliminate chaos from the revenue process and give business owners clarity, control, and systems that scale.

Our Belief

We believe growth shouldn't feel random. It should be predictable, measurable, and built on structure, not luck.

Our Vision

A world where every business has the infrastructure to grow predictably.

Our Conviction

Where marketing and sales aren't siloed departments but integrated systems. Where data flows freely, decisions are made with clarity, and owners lead with confidence instead of reacting to chaos.

How TKG Is Different

We don't live in one department.

We build the bridge between all of them.

Most problems in business aren't marketing problems or sales problems or ops problems.

They're integration problems.

And integration is what TKG solves.

vs. Marketing Agencies

Agencies run campaigns. TKG builds systems.

Agencies are hired to generate leads. TKG is hired to architect your entire revenue engine from the first ad impression to closed deal to customer retention.

Agencies care about clicks and impressions. We care about pipeline, close rates, and predictable revenue.

vs. Sales Consultants

Consultants teach tactics. TKG builds infrastructure.

A sales consultant might teach your team how to handle objections or improve discovery calls.

That's valuable, but it's incomplete.

TKG builds the entire sales operating system: pipeline architecture, lead handling protocols, CRM workflows, forecasting models, and performance dashboards.

We don't just train, we install the structure that makes training stick.

Revenue Systems firms optimize tools. TKG unifies the entire revenue engine.

Traditional Revenue Systems teams focus on CRM configuration and reporting. That's important, but it's downstream.

TKG starts upstream with demand generation, sales process design, and then the systems that connect it all.

We don't just manage your HubSpot. We architect the complete flow from prospect to customer.

We don't live in one department.

We build the bridge between all of them.

Most problems in business aren't marketing problems or sales problems or operations problems.
